These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products from MODRI through modri-sound.com and our associated Payhip storefront.

Product descriptions and any product-specific licence terms made available before purchase form part of the agreement. Additional terms applicable to Payhip’s checkout and payment services remain applicable to those services.

2. Digital products, payment and delivery

Our products are supplied digitally. No physical goods will be shipped.

The relevant product page describes the included content, features, file formats and applicable technical requirements. Please review this information carefully before purchasing.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes, is displayed before you submit your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise before purchase, download access and any applicable licence key are provided after successful payment, through the checkout confirmation page and/or the email address supplied with your order.

If you do not receive access to your purchase, please check your spam folder and contact us for assistance.

3. Returns and refunds

We do not offer a voluntary return, exchange or money-back guarantee for digital products unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Once any applicable statutory right of withdrawal has validly expired, we do not provide refunds solely because you change your mind, no longer need the product, purchased the wrong product, or prefer a different sound or workflow.

This policy does not exclude or restrict your statutory rights. In particular, it does not prevent you from exercising an existing right of withdrawal or seeking remedies where a product is defective, is not supplied, or does not conform to the contract.

4. Immediate delivery and loss of the right of withdrawal

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of refund expires after the purchase.

5. Product licences and permitted use

Purchasing a digital product grants the usage rights described in the applicable licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or content.

The permitted uses, any activation limits and any restrictions on sharing or redistribution are set out in the product description and licence terms made available before purchase.

You must not share licence keys or distribute the purchased software or source files to others except where expressly permitted by the applicable licence or mandatory law.

Rights to publish or commercially use music and other output created with a product are governed by that product’s licence. Any separately identified third-party or open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Compatibility, technical support and updates

Please check the published operating-system requirements, supported plugin formats, host compatibility and any activation or internet requirements before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if any requirement is unclear.

Additional features, separate products and future major upgrades are included only where expressly promised. This does not affect our obligation to provide updates required by law.

7. Liability

Our liability is governed by applicable statutory law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Personal data

Purchases and payments are processed through Payhip and its payment providers. Beyond the customer information provided through Payhip, MODRI stores technical licence and activation information needed to verify licences and manage device activation limits, including hashed device identifiers and activation timestamps.
